When I came to Dr. Nygaard's office I was a hot mess! I had been having vertigo for over a week and needed to try an additional modality to successfully treat it. Dr. Nygaard was deeply compassionate and has continued to be so patient with me as I have navigated fears about triggering vertigo in the time we have worked together. I am blown away by how subtle and yet how profound the atlas orthogonal adjustment is. I have been to a lot of chiropractors and felt that the "cracking" just wasn't ideal. For the first time in years, I am experiencing what it is like to live with out chronic neck and back pain. I didn't even realize just how bad it was until I started to feel better. My posture is improving and I feel better overall. I love coming to the office. The front dest staff are WONDERFUL and I always feel seen and taken care of. Even the office mascot Jamaar (Dr. Nygaard's sweet dog) makes me (and my young son - who by the way, is always made welcome when he comes with me) feel so good in my heart.
