AAA Advanced Movers Inc

Arrived very late without any advance call advising. Showed up in Penske rental truck not company owned. Driver (also one of the 2 movers) was retired (his words - bad back, looking for something to do). Badly damaged several pieces of my furniture by dropping them on the stairs and scaring walls. Only wanted cash. Did not have a company receipt. Denise Sharon McElrath claimed she had a furniture repairman to repair the damaged furniture. Have never heard from him or Denise and she has the parts of my furniture needed to repair and will not call or answer any of my calls to her business numbers or her cell phone which all calls are routed to. Not trustworthy or honest and certainly NOT professional. Avoid!!!

I used this moving company to unload and unpack all my expensive,irreplaceable decor and artwork, and they were very professional, yet they had GREAT personalities, and treated ALL my belongings as if they belonged to them!! With the utmost respect!! I NEVER would've thought that a small moving company could be this professional, but AAA Advanced Movers is exactly what EVERY moving company should be!

When I moved to Asheville, I needed professional help, but all the larger companies were either too expensive or too impersonal. A buddy of mine told me to look for one of the smaller companies listed in yp.com. So, I called these guys, and they were extremely professional, showed me what southern hospitality is all about, and I would recommend them to even the rich and famous!! Too bad they're not worldwide!! After my experience with AAA Advanced Movers, I wouldn't use anyone else!!
