Southern Living Properties Inc. At their Dublin Square location is not impressive whatsoever. The apartments themselves are okay but my main thing is the management. I think its funny when I signed my lease the landlord was telling me that things had improved as far as reputation...I'm here to tell you that's not the case. Understand when I agreed to live here I had been told specifically there was a "zero tolerance" for any illegal substance use, it was a peaceful place, every 3 months an exterminator would come out to spray and any concerns would be addressed. I believe I called the cops quite a few times for a neighbor blaring their music at 3a.m. Also, not once did an exterminator come by to spray during an entire year! And didn't we just recently have problems with stink bugs? I believe we did! When confronting the landlord for serious issues he'd never answer his phone, took his sweet time with fixing things, would have to be constantly reminded, and was only ever at the complex to collect rent money or to sign a lease. If you're so concerned with making money I would suggest doing your job and not playing golf everyday. Believe it or not a reputation is something to uphold because in the end you'll lose money.
