This is just the best and most wonderful and understanding service. Attentive. Great customer service. Super service. Rita is so sweet and knowledgeable. She is so lovely. The service is always on time. Clean cars. Drivers are friendly. They are just the best. No mucking around with prices. Clear. Clean. The best!!

Horrible experience. Bad customer service. We've used this service several times in the past and it was fine. Diver would show up on time and things went smoothly; however, after this last experience we will no longer be using Rita's. We called to reserve a towncar to drive into the city for a concert. We were told they would send an SUV due to the road conditions. What arrived was an old minivan with leaky exhaust and a broken sliding door. Calling the office we were immediately met with hostility as if the owner was expecting our call. She lied and twisted wat was said, demanded upfront payment for the ride home and threatened to not pick us up. Would rather gamble on Uber than ever give business to a place that treats their customers like this.

NEVER US THEM unless you like the following: Not being told up front the driver, VIcky, will be 90 minutes late!, never getting a price quote until arriving at your home, then being told it is $120 when later you find out on the website that it should have been $45!!! Being told any credit card you use is declined but she is glad to drive you to get cash! AND when first calling and asking it if was YELLOW CAB, being lied to and told yes! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and hope you avoid Rita's Rip Off Service like the plague!

I work at a Top Advertising company as a Receptionist, I use Rita's Sedan and Taxi all the time . That company is on time when I call for a car whenever I need one. I get good reviews from the employees when I call them. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!!! Thanks Rita for all you have done!!

I didn't know who to call when I needs 2 sedan's to pick up my family when they came into town and I was completly satisfied with the service, their clean cars, promptness and price. I will definately be using them again. Would recommend. Jill

I had a great experience with this company. Whenever I am in town I always use this company becasue they are reliable,reasonable in priceing & always on time. The driver's are very helpful . I would always recommend this company to a friend.

This was by far the best taxi experience I have ever had!! THe taxi was there within 10-12 minutes.The lady/owner was so helpful, she even helped me find a great place for dinner because I was not familiar with the area. The taxi was the cleanest I have ever seen a taxi be, and the ride was great and she was very talkative! I would be proud to recommend this company to anyone. They are great I will use them whenever I'm in town.

I fly in to DC often and I always have a horrible experience with Washington flyer and all of the other taxi services. A young woman at my hotel gave me Rita's card, I called and Rita was very helpful. Rita picked me up and was dressed proffessionaly, unlike the other guys who come in jeans and tshirts, a clean town car picked me up, she even arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Now I use them everytime I come to DC. You can hold a conversation with the drivers, the young woman was exceptionally intelligent, knew where to go, and suprisengly spoke english!!!! They charge flat rates, so theres no meter running, and they get you to where you need to be on time and quickley. They are reasonablly priced for a sedan service. The drivers are always clean and dressed proffessionaly, they dont use their cell phones, unless the boss calls! Highly recommend Rita and her service.

After booking a car to take us home New Year's Eve ($150) the driver failed to show up at the address. Understandable that he may need guided in, but talked with him on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to help him. He couldn't tell us where he even was, just "on Rt 50 somewhere". The pickup was 2 turns off Rt 50, not difficult. His GPS wasn't able to find it...but the turns were well marked--and he didn't even have a map book in the car! We had to find our own way home, and the company refused to refund our money! They stated first that he was there at the house (which he wasn't), then that we should have called in to the main office instead of calling the driver when he was lost!! Unbelievable.
