The goal is to help people achieve optimum wellness through nutritional guidance, supplementation, bodywork and naturopathic services. Educating and working with the client to achieve wellness is the goal. There are many different options available, assessing and understanding yourself is the first step towards wellness. Knowing your options is also a key element in the process. This will help you to make the best choices throughout the process. A healthy body will also have a positive impact on your mind. A toxic body will cause a negative mental state. Detoxification is usually the first step towards wellness, after the initial process nutritional and lifestyle changes need to be established and incorporated. Changes have to be realistic and doable, too many people fail because of unrealistic goals and expectations. Guidance is of extreme importance throughout this process.
