Jim the owner is only concerned about making money there's nothing community-oriented about the store both and Groveland and in Arnold California had a situation where I need a letter to present to the local hospital regarding treatment I was gave for my local doctor's office were prescription where hold up due to issues with a prior off they told me to call the doctor's office doctor office in like be calling asked if I get my prescription filled I have now been released from my doctor because of this fact and when I asked the pharmacy to write a letter indicating there was a holdup they decided to hold their legal department and decided not to we give me the letter of what they had me do their products are overpriced and overall garbage bought a travel kit for a trip the socks had a hole in within seconds the travel bag is self tour with in the store when looking at the product and the stitching gave out on the travel pillow as well you're better off going to a corporate store there's nothing community-oriented about the store you're better off going to a name brand store at least there you'll get better product and other services
