Overall

I took my '76 F250 frame there to be sand blasted and powder coated. The first problem that I ran into was that I was told that it would total $400 on the "high end". When I picked up my trailer it was closer to $600.

However my biggest complaint was, when I picked up my frame I had come to find that both of my front leaf spring hangers were missing. These parts were riveted to the frame.

When I called the manager, he was less then eager to help me stating that they wouldn't take them off. The problem was they WERE taken off, and they were there when I dropped the frame off. The manager told me he would look around the shop for them and get back to me.... I gave him three days to reply with no luck. After multiple calls with no solution, I asked to speak to the owner whom was no help . I told him the parts were riveted, they wouldn't just fall off. I told him I had before and after pictures which I sent to him. The replacement leaf spring hangers are not made anymore and it was extremely difficult to find them. I asked the owner to reimburse me the cost for the replacement parts which I finally found used in Spokane. He refused. It was very disappointing to see the lack of customer care and service especially when the parts when missing on his watch.

I would not recommend this shop, it cost me a big head ache in time and money and I was treated poorly.
