In addition, the organization offers youth and adult sports leagues, health and wellness programs, after school care programs, a nationally accredited day care program with operations in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland, and a variety of teen and young adult social programs.         Arlington YMCA is experiencing problems with its group exercise program resulting from the recent, unfortunate departure of its highly experienced group exercise director and instructor. It will take time and good luck to be able to find a new group exercise director and instructors to bring back a robust group exercise program
