The office staff is rude, unorganized, unprofessional, and just ridiculous. Jill, the billing manager is unorganized and has lost my paper work several times causing me to have to pay more than what I was supposed to.



America, the front desk assistant, booked me for a Friday afternoon at 12:30. I explained to her several times I worked in Keller and it would take me about 40 minutes to get there and I could leave work at 12 since I'm a teacher. I got to the office at 12:37 pm and they refused to see me saying that an appointment was never booked for me. All I needed was a quick steroid shot, and I was refused service. They then began to yell at me and tell me it was my fault opposed to talking with their incompetent office staff.



I will NEVER go back to this office again, not even if I'm, close to DEATH!!!!
