The Preseve at Turtle Creek

This place is infested with cockroaches! It was so bad that we ended our lease early with them. At night when you walked into the kitchen the counters tops moved when you turned the lights on. It was a major health issue. We gave them ample time to have the issue take care of and over a years worth of time it was never resolved. They knew exactly where the source of the problem was and did nothing until they had already lost several tenants due to the infestation. After move out we never received a deposit back or a statement explaining why, it's been 4 months since we moved and this is still an on going conflict with them. I called to try to get information on why our deposit was not returned and I was hung up on and given the run around for months. The apartment manager never returned my calls and I was refused the number for the corporate office until I physically went back into the office and demanded that they give it to me. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I've lived here a little over a year now, with the first management my bf and I were ready to leave once our lease was over. The people in their were rude and ignorant and did not know how to get anything done. But once the new management came in things got a bit better. Still don't like the manager in the office it self it seems the few that have been in there don't really wanna work here. They never remember who I am, or any of the previous problems I've discussed with them. But Natasha makes it all worth it. She is absolutely amazing. Not only does she remember me everytime I come in, but she remembers small details of things that I've mentioned in the past. She always makes sure if there is a problem that it gets fixed. I think that she should become manager.

Side note, we had a person move in a few doors down with an outdoor\in door cat that ended up having babies and so now there are a TON of stray cats all over.



Overall I enjoy living here.

I must admit by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in. Management is super sorry. They don't address noise complaints or any kind of complaints that you may have. They never come fix things when they say they will. The management staff is so unprofessional they lie and say one another is not in the office and then you can walk in the office and they are all in there. How smart do you have to be to at least get the total amount of rent including water to tenants before the evening on the 1st. I have never been to an apartment where I have to call every month just to get my total amount due to pay my rent on the 1st. Oh yay and when they have to do some property wide work were the water will be off or they have to do major construction you will not get a notice you will simply wake up to no water and or maintenance men walking in your front door. Yes I swear pitiful!!! Please look the other way when they hit you with the look and lease for $100 it's not worth the headaches you will catch while living here. One other thing I have noticed is that the took the kids park and made it to a dog park so kids play in the street. Yes they would rather put together a park for dogs rather than children!! Please run away as fast as you can!!!

This is the worst complex in the DFW. They do not care about maintenance or doing anything they promise after signing the lease. They have fees that you pay for that you never receive. For example pest control. Taken out monthly yet I've been here in my lease over a year and only received one spray. After a next door neighbor moved out I started to notice a bug here and there in my apartment. That was 4 months ago. I've bought my own pest control from Walmart which I shouldn't have had to do and it didn't help. Have complained to the office on several occasions with we will get to it. Please make the right choice and do not move here. And inform anyone looking for an apartment the same thing.
