Stone Canyon Apartments

This is the worst place i have ever had to deal with in my life. i have lived in apartments many times and i have never ever dealt with the kind of unprofessonal staff that i have. I have doing back and forth with them for over a month with them steadily pushing my move in date up. they never ever called me, they always have excuses, their stories are inconsistent. they lack remorse, and empathy and seemingly just expected me to just deal with it. they kept my deposit (ofcourse) even tho i never signed a lease to move in. yes the price is cheap but they mentality is cheap and how they treat people is cheap and fake. so very fake. dont let their niceness fool you. who knows, maybe its just me? idk. i never talked bad to them, never anything negative and they were just blase to my concerns about needing to move in by the date they told me i could. I am soo upset. i know there are some people that are cry babies and like to be negative about everything. but i promise you (you dont know me i know), you will regret living here. unless you just dont care about anything. they are just awful ladies, awful people. its so sad that people like this exist. awful awful. Romy and i never got the other lady name but she is really tall with long brunette hair, she might be a manager. just fake. dont fall for it.

you can hardly understand what nancy says she is rude, she pauses thinking of what to say, manager jill is lazy never wants to deal with us . this apartments are roach infested
