Springfield Crossing

I have been living here for over a year and I have had the worst experience. First it takes them months to come fix anything that is broken. It literally took them 2 months to come fix my kitchen light. I lost my mailbox key and was told they needed to create a "work order" 14 days later and I still haven't gotten my key, it's also been a month that I called about my bath tub being clogged up and still no show, they also have a roach problem. I asked them to put me on the list so that they can come every Monday to spray the apartment and they never come. Then their gate closed on me while I was waiting for cars to pass by and it damaged the paint job on my car. I took it to get it fixed and they charged me $935, I have a Lexus and the paint job is very delicate and difficult to deal with plus I had to get a rental car while my car was in the shop. I spent a total of $1789 for something that was their fault. I went to the office as soon as the accident happened and all she said was "oh I guess I'll have to call the company". Didn't even offer any help, I couldn't stay because I am in school full time and work full time, by the time I get home it's way passed office hours. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and every time I call they either don't answer or they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I really want to get out of my lease but they want me to pay $2000 + . I already spent over $1000. They are costing me money and I have been very unsuccessful in contacting anyone. I have my lawyer ready and we are ready to take legal action. This is ridiculous!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Won't honor what they wrote on my renew letter. Brenda says it was her mistake, that she wrote the wrong price and asked Manager, Jenny, and she doesn't want to honor the price they put. How is that my fault?
I wouldn't refer ANYONE to move in to these apartments!
I'm taking legal action on these apartments ASAP!

Choose homelessness before Springfield Crossing apartments. The water to the entire complex is turned off weekly for repairs. The gates only work about 25% of the time, so a 'gated community' it is NOT. Maintenance staff smells like alcohol and body odor, and they can't fix anything right. Staff will lie to your face. Run down complex. But they do keep the grass cut, a trick to keep new people moving in.

trust me, you DO NOT want to live here.



unless of course you don't mind your constant requests for repairs ignored. Or when they attempt repairs it breaks again within days or weeks. but, as they say, they can't guarantee something will stay fixed! which means they have the license to never do it right the first time!

I just called this place and the lady i spoke w/ was really nice and helpful!
