BBB review of Ross Property Management 08/29/2011

I've owned many properties managed by the HOAs, but Ross Property Management from Arlington, Texas is the worst. Stay away from buying properties where they are in charge, not only will you lose value of your home, they will raise fees for nothing. They argue with homeowners nonstop because they get a lot of complaints, they're getting rich but not doing their job.
This consumer had a NEGATIVE experience with ROSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
This consumer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

Homeowners have previously filed disputes with BBB in 2009 against Ross Property Management of Arlington, but Ross has never responded to BBB. It is obvious that Ross has a lot of unhappy homeowners including my self and my neighbors that complain about Ross Property Management all the time. In my opinion Ross Property Management is a terrible Company and I also would not recommend future home buyers to purchase their home where ROSS MANAGEMENT is in charge, especially in this economy. They gave them selves too much power and they are certainly abusing it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

ABSOLUTELY NO STAR RATING!

The owner should look into what they could do to better the empolyee moral. Your company is suffering and so are the people they are suppose to be helping.



These people are the rudest, angriest, meanest people I've ever dealt with. They are unprofessional and don't follow up on what they are paid to do which is what we pay them for. Every person I talk to from the receptionist, accounting person to the property manager has an attitude. I CAN'T CATCH A BREAK!



I don't like to call and ask for anything because I know that there will be an argument and excuse me, did I mention that I pay them money to do their jobs. If you are looking from a management company keep looking, DON'T USE THEM.
