Worst place to live. The maintenance never fix anything after multiple requests. Neighbors are very loud. You won't feel safe at night. The office workers are NEVER available.

They do not fix anything. The new management which is the 3rd one since I lived here only fixes up the outside of the property. The office staff holds out their hands for rent but will not address any issues. They don't want to be bothered. They manage the roundrock townhomes which does not have an office onsite. (Virtually unheard of). Other than the management which is driving down service while taking people's money; the roundrock townhomes is a decent place to live. Just don't ask them for anything reasonable especially if you a great tenant.
