best groomer ever!!!! I take my cat there, its very hard to find anyone who will do cats. So when i found puppy love i was so relieved. They r gentle and their equipment is wonderful. The shop is completely open so u can watch the animals being cared for. That fact alone, speaks volumes!!! My cat is never stressed out or generally unhappy after his grooming. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The owner Randy even took the time to show me around the shop and tell me about the custom equipment they use. I have boarded my cat there for a week, when i picked him up he was happy as a clam. Its a great place, i reccomend them to anyone!!!

Best doggy shop around - bar none! Took our new girl Miley to several groomers before finding Puppy Love. Miley loves it! We are treated like royalty on every visit.

I will never take my dog here again! When i picke my dog up his ey was blood shot red on one side so i immediately called the business & didn't get an answer so i left a message and no one called back. Over night the the redness spreaded so we took him back to the shop. The business owner randy moore was very rude and showed very little empathy. Told us he didn't know what he could do or help us. We dropped our dog off at 930 and he wasn't finished until 530 and was told by the owner it was our responsibility to call and see if our dog was ready! When picking him up he peed on hismself and one of employees which appeared to be around 13 or 14 tried to wash him off and grabbed him by his arm to prevent his fall! I will never go back to the business again

First time at Puppy Love and exceedingly happy with results. My poor lil baby was given a bath last night and after while drying her off all of her fur began to mat up. I was sure she would have to be shaved to the skin. But PUPPY LOVE saved my baby's pretty coat. Didn't even make an appointment just called and brought her right in. The staff is so friendly and loving. Made my Foxxy very comfortable and happy. Thank you so much we will be repeat customers, Cause FOXXY LOVES PUPPY LOVE!!!!

First time customer today, but not the last!! Great place, super master groomer. I waited for my Yorkie and watched them with her and other dogs. Kindest groomers every. Very reasonable in price, very clean place. They do let the dogs walk around and play instead of caging them. I felt at home the minute I entered. Will certainly be back monthly and more often for "the best bath ever". I highly recommend these girls.

Puppy Love Pet Groomers is a great place to take your dog to get groomed. From the time I walked through the doors, I knew it was the place I would continue to take my dog to get groomed. The people were very friendly to both myself and my dog. I was amazed that they let the dogs walk around and socialize instead of just sticking them in a cage. My dog had a blast and was the happiest and cutest I have ever seen him after getting groomed. They groomed my dog to my exact request and followed my special instructions for my dog with allergies. I would recommend this place to other dog owners.
