Northwood Place

This is the worst apartment complex. You can hear everything your neighbors do. You can smell cigarette smoke, smoking and etc from the surrounding apts. The grounds are full of trash. The dumpsters overflow constantly. They have problems with bugs. The water is usually shut off at least once a week. The staff is absolutely useless. You have too many options, at the same price, to ever live here.
