This place has very affordable prices, reasonably good quality glasses, and I am very happy with their customer service. I have been to two other places and they have been horrible.

Great Customer Service and Very Reasonable Prices. They have very large selection of frames. I liked their Frame Club, it offers 4 free frames for just $29, this was a great promotion.

Received my glasses, I am able to see very clearly now. I found a frames of my choice, great prices, LOVE MY EYELAB, so much!!!

Horrible! The tablet that the staff handed to me was very unresponsive, making it very difficult to fill in the tiny blocks and tap on the tiny little circles to make my selection. Took 5 tries to get my birthday entered correctly. Then it got stuck in a loop; asking the same question repeatedly. Upon returning the tablet to the staff I told them that they might want to delete the previous users' entries as I was able to see the personal information of the people that had used the tablet before me!
I told the staff that I wanted extended wear contacts. He told me that I must remove the contacts every 2-3 days to let my eyes breathe. NOT true. Finally I was ushered into a bare room with a mirror on one wall and the traditional phoropter across the room from the mirror. There was a speaker phone sitting on a table in the corner. A face appeared above the mirror & a man's voice came out of the speaker. He instructed me to position myself in the chair and look through the lenses. The man that showed me to the room moved the lenses in front of my eyes and left without adjusting the machine properly. When done, the staff person handed me the prescription, I asked if the prescription was for multi-focal. He said no. The video-doctor had already left for the day. He said he would call me the next day to let me know when the new prescription was ready. (NO call). About to leave but had to ask for a trial pair of contacts so that I could at least read my phone and watch! He finally found a pair of single-focus and gave them to me.
When I went back, the next day to get my prescription, I was told that the store did not have my contacts in stock and that they would be in by the 7th at the latest.
I called on the 7th and was told that the contacts were just ordered today. But that they would call me as soon as they arrived and that they should be received in 2 - 3 days. It's the 11th now. No call. No contacts! CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE IN ANY WAY!
