Always way too dark in the store. my girlfriend and I are watched and followed from the moment we walk into the store. Every single time. It's extremely uncomfortable and obvious racial profiling. I'll be spending my money elsewhere next time. To anyone looking for Gundam kits the selection is slim and the employees are not very good.

Just witnessed the Owner and an Employee get into a screaming match inside the store. F-bombs, and other profanity were used. I believe the argument was over employee pay rate. I feel sorry for the employees who must slave for this type of Nazi boss in todays economy. If I was in the position to hire some of them, I would. Don't get me wrong - the employees are NOT the problem. Most are highly intelligent, hold multiple degrees, and are working there part time while in college. The issue with this store is poor management and the down right atrocious store owner. I will not be shopping here again and hope all the employees walk at the same time.

i recently purchased an item using my visa gift cards, the lady at the counter overcharged the last card, some guy came to try and help but all he sis was change the amount on the receipt and reprinted it, they didn't even give me a copy, then he claims they did not do it. but every time i contact visa they content to tell me that this store charged the full amount. this is the worse store on the planet they lie and the service sucks. Do yourself a favor, don't use this place, you can usually find anything you need online and not deal with these a..holes

This store is one of those hidden gems in a rutworld of the ordinary. Great selection and excellent customer service. Visit to have your mind thoroughly blown!

Don't always have parts in stock for what products they carry, lots of old outdated stuff. Staff is fine but business is ran poorly in my opinion.
