This engineer was requested by Nationwide after we discovered 10 sewer leaks under the slab of our house. This took place after 'our' engineer stated in writing that our sudden foundation issues were partly caused by the massive number of slab leaks.

Nationwide then hired Don Illingworth who stated that the leaks did not cause foundation issues! He also stated that there is no need for foundation repair!?!
