        Best body shop experience I've had. John and his team were respectul, honest knowledgeable and professional in every aspect including keeping me informed of their work progress on my Acura RDX. When I met John to pick it up, it looked like the day I bought it. FIVE STARS!

        I would highly reccommend this business!

        was very please with my repairs replaced the front clip paint and repairs looks vrey good .. had 2 items that should have been taken care of washer pump was not hooked up headlights were not set was dark when i got home lights were very bad.. thanks. yvetta was very helpfull

        TURN THE OTHER WAY AND RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!! Everything Chicky18 stated is TRUE!! If I could rate this place a negative I would. If you want more damage done to your car after you get it repaired (if they even repair everything correctly), this is the place to bring it to. They've had my car for 4 weeks and still can't seem to get everything fixed correctly. There are multiple scratches all over the car which were not there before. Fenders not installed evenly, bumper isn't aligned, screws missing, fluids leaking etc.. Getting so tired of constantly returning the vehicle to them that I'm just going to have to fix some of these issues myself. Thought that maybe since they were affiliated with the dealership that they would make my 2 year old car look new again. Worst place ever with the most incompetent people working here. I will be contacting Corporate to advise of the poor service received from this place.

        If I could give a lower rating than a 1 star I would. They start off great and nice, but then when we got our car back there were scratches inside that were not there before. The "Brand new" Door and fender were both scratched, the bumper was not put on correctly and the gas tank was empty, it had about 1/4 when we dropped it off. The windshield washer fluid container had to be replaced and they did not put anything in it, just left it dry.. Thanks for testing it out to make sure it doesn't leak!



        We also noticed that the seat warmer button was broke, it was fine before we took it there and they are refusing to fix it. They told us to take it to our extended warranty and have them fix it. BUT Vandergriff was the one who broke it! When I spoke with our "representative" she would not listen to me and ended up hanging up on me! Before she hung up I asked for a manager and she refused to do anything but put me through to his voice-mail. I had already left 3 voice-mails in one day and did not want voice-mail again. Our representatives emails have been very unprofessional and full of spelling and grammatical errors. I will NEVER return to this place, nor would I recommend it to anyone!
