ROBERT WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE...COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS' CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS, DOESN'T EVEN TRY TO TAKE TIME TO SEE IF HE CAN HELP YOU!!
