I was referred to A&R by another auto shop in Arlington. Ricardo was very welcoming and diagnosed the problem right away. Even with 2 customers ahead of me, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Not only was he literally running to get things done, he gave me a substantial discount off what he quoted me initially, and fixed the problem. My truck runs and sounds great now. Went there to get a new catalytic converter for my car and they had me in and out within a hour. Great service and my car runs perfect now. I will start going here for any exhaust related problem now.
