Tree Removal and Planting

Tree Removal
Don't wait! Postponing tree removal will only make it more expensive. If the tree is alive and encroaching, it will only grow larger. If the tree is dead, as it decomposes it loses structural integrity making it more and more hazardous to remove.

Arborist Services
Eddie's Tree Service is run by Eddie Wisdom who holds certifications with the United States Forest Service as a professional sawyer. He worked with the United States Forest Service in Wyoming and Colorado on a fire crew restoring tornado damaged areas and keeping tree populations healthy in the Black Hills National Forest and Canyon City region of Colorado. He adapted his knowledge of rural tree work to a suburban environment while working with Marquis Tree based in Billerica, MA, and the Tree and Land Trust owned and run by arborist Brian Murray, based in Arlington, MA. Eddie has been running Eddie’s Tree Service for over 7 years now serving hundreds of happy customers in greater Bostons most beloved neighborhoods.
Land Clearing
“ I can’t say enough good things about Eddies Tree Service. I left a voicemail to schedule an estimate and was called back promptly. Eddie came over the next day and the estimate was so reasonable I decided to go ahead with the other work I hadn’t planned on doing. The job was completed within a couple days. The small trees were down in a matter of hours, and the more complicated removal was accomplished with a combination of ropes climbing and chainsaws. This included some brush removal and a large old rotted tree that was barely accessible at the top of a cliff! You get an honest days work for your money with these guys at a price that is hard to beat. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service in the Arlington area!!
Tree Mulching
The tree is then processed per the customer's wishes, usually chipping the brush and smaller branches to be turned into mulch then bucking and stacking the firewood. We also have the capability to mill the logs into slabs/lumber on site. Finally we will thoroughly clean the jobsite so that one scarcely knows a tree was even there, but for the stump and firewood, if so desired. A job usually is completed within a day, sometimes two if the tree is extra large.
