        This is by far the worse experience I have had. I should have trusted my instinct but I thought I would give them a try even though they are a chain. I know people who use other locations that enjoy it. I never should have signed up.

        First, they don't make it clear that you cannot cancel. In fact, it was never mentioned at all when I signed up. Shame on me for now fully reading the agreement within the first THREE DAYS. While this is legal...it is certainly not ethical.

        Next, most of the therapist don't speak English very well making it very hard to communicate with them. Finally, I have felt worse after every massage. I hoped massage would help my back problems instead the pain is exacerbated after every session.

        My advice to anyone interested in signed a membership...don't do it until you have visited a few times to make sure you like it. Otherwise you are stuck paying the monthly fee for a year.

        AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
