I have been getting my oil changed here for 8 yrs. My new car and previous car. Very good service. Nice employees! I hit a couole of deer before getting there last time
I was crying and had dent in my car...they pulled dent out and were very considerate.

Best oil change value I have had in years! $25 less than what I'm used to paying.

Went in for a simple $13 safety inspection: took 40 minutes and they tried to charge me $30 for an emissions test. After waiting 20 minutes with my car sitting there and two employees sitting around playing with their smartphones, I asked what the deal was. The Inspector (Patrick Sluder) apparently just disappeared for a while. USED TO BE a loyal customer. Bye bye Snappy Lube Arden. You are too incompetent to trust for an inspection, much less a simple oil change.

Unprofessional child like adults working there. They left the oil cap off my car and took the air filter out and never replaced it. Did not fill up any fluids in the car or vacuum but the charged me for it and said it was done. Have been going there for three years and now it's a dump with employees who are there to take advantage of you. Also charged me for a tire rotation they did not do. I will never go back to this place again and suggest everyone stay clear.

Bad attitude. Young. Unprofessional. The list goes on and on. This is my second review. For some reason I can't change the 5 stars through YP I put down. Total accident.

A class on customer service is needed here. I walked away after talking to these guys. They can't seem to communicate with each other.

I and my partner used to only go here to receive help and assistance with our vehicles. The staff was friendly and sincere. We got our inspections done here too. No longer. We have gone twice, in the last couple of months and the reception to our inquiries were very cold. We felt like they didn't have the desire to help us at all. I don't know what's occurred for things to change so drastically but it's sad. It was nice knowing that we had a safe place to take our cars if we had any car troubles. I believe the staff has changed? New people? Business definitely lost.

Fast, friendly, fair price. These guys are good and reasonable.
