Zamora's New & Used Furniture

HORRIBLE customer service. Last saturday I bought a side table and I was promised it would be delivered that day, I paid in cash and he took down my address and phone number. When the agreed upon time had passed, and several hours beyond without hearing from them, I called the store with no answer. I went in to inquire about my seemingly missing furniture only to find out it had been sold TO SOMEONE ELSE. I was then offered a 5 percent discount if I wanted to buy something else as the owner swore left and right that this never happens, but hey, he's only human. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Love this place. New and used furniture at the same store. Fair prices and great selection. Friendly service and staff. It;s so nice to have a business like this in Arcata…..

Best selection and prices in Humboldt. Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and price. The staff was courteous and helpful. Delivery was prompt and best of all, free. I would recommend Zamora's to all looking for a fair deal on new or used furniture.

If you never been to Zamora furniture, your definitely missing out. Going here on a weekend. See a different unique furniture like rattan that u haven't seen to other store. From dinning table, computer desk, book shelf,end table,lamp shade,futon,stool bar,couch,dresser,book shelf,etc. Did most of my college apartment shopping here, and no complaints of my furniture as do yet. Another thing I like about Zamora furniture is that u can park your car right infront of the Zamora furniture. Very reasonable price, good service,free delivery around arcata and the staff are friendly.

Good selection of used furniture. Pleased with prices. Staff was friendly. They also took my desk in on trade for a new coffee table. I was happy
