        Established in 1950, Modern Snackbar is a full-service restaurant that serves a variety of appetizers, soup, salads, seafood, burgers, sandwiches and side dishes. Its salad varieties include shrimp, chicken, tuna, Caesar, lobster and seafood salads. The restaurant offers French fries, onion rings, coleslaw, dumplings and mashed potatoes in its side dishes menu. Modern Snackbar s seafood items feature scallops, crabs, tender fried clam strips, roast turkey, steaks and prime rib. It provides a range of fresh bake pies, including apple crumb, banana cream, lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb and coconut custard.
