The Post-Crescent

I took out a plan at a local grocery store at a discounted price for a certain amount of months. After that expired I said I would renew if I still received the discounted rate. The supervisor said yes. Shortly after I was over charged. I called and talked to Lindsey and said I do NOT AUTHORIZE AND DEDUCTION FROM MY DEBIT CARD UNTIL I RECEIVE THE CREDIT FOR BEING OVER CHARGED. I SAID WHAT IF THAT HAPPENS SHE REPLIED IT WON'T. I WAS CHARGED AGAIN ON MY ACCOUNT AND IF I HAD RECEIVED MY CREDIT IT WOULD BE STILL A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THAT AMOUNT AND NO CHARGE. The unauthorized deduction was taken out and my house payment was short and they could not take it out and I was recorded as late. I was charged $62 plus $25 overdraft charge. I told Lindsey I was NNNNNNOOOOOTTTTT authorizing a deduction from my account. I called and was on the phone for almost an hour. It was agreed I was overcharged and deserved a credit. She had said 3 to 5 business days that was Dec 3. Today is the 19th and I have no credit on my account and was again had an authorized charge to my account. I called today and was treated so rudly. I am requesting a credit for my recent charge I did not authorize and my late fee and my overdraft fee. You stole money from my account. Don't ever subscribe because first of all you lie and over charge the customers and steal money when you are directed I was not authorizing any more deductions until this is take care of. You steal peoples money!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told someone would call me back guess what take my money of course you wouldn't call me back. This is why they want your account number, don't ever give it to them!!
