This Taxi Cab Co. was my grandfather's, so I know the man in the office. For the people who complain about being late, it's because it's busy and not their fault. The man is not racist either, maybe you heard something but he is not. My father and I worked there so I see no problem, AND THE DRIVERS ARE THE BEST!!.
Every damn cab you own on school run well I know a compny with less vshicles make a person a priority by 3;30- 3;45 and keep on time and I also 2day got charged 1.20 cents more then I paid the last 3 weeks
Worst cab company around! Waited over and hour for a ride after being told 20 minutes.. cash only so had to go to atm.. no GPS I had to look up where we were going on my phone.. WORST CAB SERVICE EVER!
Rudest ppl ever. Sure the driver tends to be friendly but the office man is a racist man. No time for that. Always late picking up to get someone to work. And just to be rude saying,oh about 30 minutes maybe more and I said never mind he has to get to work he said not my problem. Thanks but we'll find someone who isn't a rude racist company. Saying you can't understand someone but you never had a problem before you knew the SO was white, this company is so unprofessional it is unreal. Never again will we use this company or recommend it to anyone.
From a pilot's perspective, this is the most unreliable cab service in the entire fox valley. Sure, they do what they can, but they're unprofessional with their responses like, "we'll do what we can" as far as picking us up from the airport to get us to our hotel and when our hostess calls back, all they can say is, "we'll work on it." Will they or won't they get us? We won't know until we've been stranded at the airport for two hours. Terrible service, mate. Best Solution to The Valley: GET ANOTHER TAXI SERVICE TO BECOME 24 HOURS. YOU WILL MAKE A LOT OF MONEY, IF YOU'RE CONCISE AND HONEST. thank you. - travis.
