Rock Star Pools

So HAPPY I found this pool company! I wish I would have found this company years ago. I learned about Rock Star Pools through my neighbors. We both had the same "well known" pool company servicing our pools. Before switching to Rock Star Pools. I kept having problems with my "reputable well known" pool company. I kept finding that my pool motor was constantly muddied, I could see there was a small leak. When I asked my old pool company tech and they said it was normal and nothing was wrong. They also were over charging me higher for monthly services. I was paying for FULL service on my pool which was supposed to include chemicals, pool cleaning, and break down the filter 2x a month. They were charging my $25 more monthly and when I switched to Rock Star pools I was a little worried that I would get what I payed for. However my neighbor had been using them for about 5 months and was clearly very happy with her pool. I had been by and seen her pool many times and was wondering why our *well known and popular* pool company seemed to be doing a much better job on her pool. Well they had a BBQ pool party on the 4th of July and I asked her if she was adding her own chemicals to her pool because her pool looked twice as good as mine. I explained to her that her pool always looked 2x more amazing then mine, and that my pool never looked that way. Side note: Mine always had a lot of leaves in it after being serviced, and always was a bit cloudy. She then told me she had switched companies months prior and dropped the "popular well known" pool company because oof the price difference alone. She said that they did free estimates and when the guy came out he was very nice and explained everything to her and she told him how much she was currently paying and he was able to do the pool for a little less then she was already paying. Now I have Rock Star pools and my pool is awesome I love coming home and sitting out on my back porch and read a book while relaxing. It took a little bit of money when I first started with Rock Star pools because I had a leak in my motor which he charged a much cheaper price then a local store I had gone to to get quotes on a repair. Boom was saving $125 on replacing the filter which was bad. I was NOT told that it was bad, but when Jeremy at Rock star pools was giving me a free estimate he asked when it was last replaced, and I didn't know when but it had been quite some time so he took a look and showed me. It looked awful. He then explained that was probably why my pool wouldn't clear up and was always cloudy. We live in a small court at the end of our street and our other 2 neighbors have switched to Rock Star Pools as well. I highly recommend this pool company. And I have learned that just because a pool company is very "popular and we'll known" does not mean the best quality or price. It pays to actually read reviews and it never hurts to at least get an estimate especially if it is free.

Rock Star Pools has completely rejuvenated my pool. I had a very well known pool company servicing my pool for years and they were simply OK;. I got a flyer from Rock Star Pools so I called to get a quote and they came the next day, They gave me a quote for my pool and took it a few steps further. I was shown my filter and was told it would be cleaned biweekly (My current pool company had the same deal) When he pulled me filter out it looked like it had been months since it was cleaned (despite the fact it needed to be replaced). There was also a very large puddle (why wasn't I notified of this earlier) from a leak. It was a very inexpensive repair so I decided to give this company a try. They have been servicing my pool on a regular basis for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. I used to have algae growing on the tiles and up against the walls of my pool which never seemed to be able to be cleared up within 1 month this had been completely eliminated. Whenever I have a problem they are prompt to get back to me and come the following week with any special necessary equipment or chemicals . They drive nice trucks and have all professional equipment. I am not only far happier with this companies services then the other 'well known company' I was using, they are also less expensive. I needed a new filter for my pool for several months and my previous Pool Company gave me an estimate nearly $100 more then Rock Star Pools was able to get it for me. I am very glad I decided to make the switch to Rock Star Pools. I feel they offer very good customer service, very reasonable rates, and exceptional services.
