LG Jordan Oil & Gas

Recently my pool service company somehow turned our pool heater on, and drained my propane tanks. Well in middle of the night we discovered NO HEAT while it was very cold. When I discovered it was due to no propane in my tank, I then contacted Jordan Oil Co first thing Saturday morning, thinking it would be a cold weekend and probably no response likely till Monday at best. I sent an e-mail to their web site and it wasn't 20 minutes later that I got a response from them that they would be out within a hour or so to get our heat back working. Of note it's very cold and I have a young children. Well as PROMISED within a hour or so a couple Jordan Oil Co guys show up early on this Saturday morning in the cold, and purge the air out of the lines, check system for leaks, and for any issues, etc., and they fill my tanks up, and I have heat restored. WOW - promptly done and with smiles. I know you can buy propane many places, BUT you cant buy hometown service from people who actually care and respond when you need them. It is VERY REFRESHING to have this type of responsive service from people in this day and age. I have been a long time client with no issues, and now I am also a long time fan of Jordan Oil Co. THANK YOU for taking care of business like it should be handled - again that is rare these days.
