Awesome experience with TN Appliance very helpful and would definitely recommend them to family and friends I bought a washer and not only was the price very good they have been extremely helpful with install anf the washer is working perfectly I would definitely purchase from them in the future if I need another appliance

This was the worst experience ever !!!! I TRUSTED them to deliver the Products I gave Sku #'s for over the phone. Moving someone to Chattanooga. Not only did they deliver late on Friday just before they closed after completing the purchase on Wednesday, they delivered items I didn't select knowing I was traveling early on Saturday. Tried calling to discuss and was place on hold for 30 mins until infinity. They have never responded. Don't TRUST them. !!! Buyer beware. The power is in My HANDS !!!

I got a washer from Tn Appliance Exchange and they have me money for my broken washer and they bought my extra dryer that I didn't need , this money was used to help purchase . Teddy was very helpful making sure I he helped me fine what I needed. Thanks Keith Henderson
