We offer outstanding instruction and training for men, women, and children. USA Martial Arts believes in always having a friendly mind set for both newcomers and those returning to the program. Whether you are a serious competitor or just in it for fun, we have something for you. Our staff is well qualified and will become role models to their students. Individuals that become part of our training program here in Antioch, IL will have the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest masters in the field. People choose to train here at USA Martial Arts in Antioch, IL because we provide a non-intimidating, safe and clean environment in which allows an individual to fully get the most out of our program. Our training programs are comprehensive and balanced and offer students the ability to learn technique, strength, confidence, and self-defense. At USA Martial Arts we believe that all of our programs should be serious but fun at the same time.         Overall

        The Kickboxing program here at USA Martial Arts in Antioch, IL is AWESOME! You get an amazing workout and have a blast doing it. The instructors are knowledgeable & love what they do and it shows. I've also made some great friendships here. This has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Not only am I getting fit & healthy, but I've gained so much confidence. Seriously...you need to come join the party here.

        This is a really, really good school for kids and adults. They have the nicest place with the best instructors. I'm joining the Kickboxing and IMPACT Krav Maga Combatives class.

        My son training is more than just protection at this school. The program includes many Leadership skills. If you are looking for a school for yourself or your child, i would highly recommend you check them our.
