Don't Bother To Call

The number listed is basically an answering machine. The woman who calls you back is rude and gruff and could couldn't care less about your problems. They don't do a call ahead to let you know a tech is on the way and they just show up. I had to reschedule and I started calling at 10am but the line was busy all day long. When I finally connected with the woman, she basically bitched me out for wasting her tech's time and that he had to drive all the way out to Brentwood. She wasn't sure she wanted to reschedule but I was in a bind. However, my appliance is under warranty and I decided to wait for the REAL Bosch tech from Bosch (this was not the first time I had a tech out and wanted someone different other than A&E Factory and Bosch-which there was a 3 week waiting period, which is why Bosch had given me Curt's number).
