Antioch Buffet

Antioch Buffet, open for just a few months, is starting out great. The buffet dishes are hot and the food always tastes fresh. Sushi is being made fresh throughout the afternoon and evening meal service rather than made ahead and kept under plastic wrap (which completely justifies the extra few dollars I add to the sushi station tip jar.). I have eaten here about 4-5 times and the food and service has been consistently good. The food stations are spaced out well so the only crowding is from rude customers, not due to a lack of space. Not once have I seen anyone waiting for the pans of crab to be refilled. I had stayed away from Antioch's other buffet restaurants due to declining food quality and cleanliness issues. It is clear they have both improved markedly since I was last there -- no doubt Antioch Buffet has raised the Chinese food buffet standards in Antioch and is bringing about this improvement. I cannot imagine someone leaving dissatisfied with what Antioch Buffet has to offer -- it really is worth checking out.
