Lee Taylor Certified Public Accountant

Mr. Taylor does the accounting for a business of which I am a minority shareholder. He is consistently late in preparing documents required for me to file personal income taxes forcing me to file an extension every year since 2010. Recently, he filed forms for a buy-out (transfer of ownership) which were incorrect and caused me to owe additional taxes of $35,000. I would not do business with his firm.
