        Big Lots in Anniston does not ...

        Big Lots in Anniston does not care about their customers. Feb 4th the big Snow Storm the employees were rude to their customers. My son was traveling home from Gadsden College and got stranded near their store. As big customers who purchase many things there we told our son to go in that store and we would come get him. The manager shut the door at 10:30am and left him out in the cold, alone with no food. He was going to go in and purchase something to eat and wait for us, but they locked the doors and stood at the window till after 2:00 watching those stranded. I am ashamed of people that have no regard to people in need and will not be bringing my business there again, and I will suggest to my family and friends to do the same. Need to work on compassion skills at this store!!
