Scio Farms

When I moved to this mobile home park, things were maintained well. If you didn't follow certain rules that's needed for such a close to your neighbor community, you were quickly notified to adhere to the parks rules. Now though after some managerial changes made about 4 years ago, the place is an "at your own risk" kind of place. I would never recommend this mobile home park to anyone !!!

I live here in Scio Farms, when I moved in I was very excited. Now that I've been here a year, I am extremely disapointed with the business end of Sun Homes. Sun Homes does not care about the person, it is a business and only cares about the all mighty dollar. I have had two extremely disappointing issues with them and they have not done any thing to treat me like a current customer. I have been told one thing and what I am told NEVER happens. The people in the office should get new lines of excuses because all those lines have been used before by many used car salesmen. Sun Homes is stalling on returning my money and has conviently lost my contract paperwork. They never followed through with the repairs on my home that was promised to me a year ago when I bought my home, fixing brocken windows and repairs to my roof.

If I do find myself buying another Sun Home in the future I will have a lawer review all my paperwork and have them present at the closing for the purchase.



The community is kept nice due to the owners of the homes. Sun Homes will plow in the winter the main road and salt it. The side roads are barely plowed and are NOT salted. Again the main road is pot hole free, some of the side roads need to be repaved they have so many pot holes.



I believe the entire community should be kept as well as the main road area.
