I would not recommend this company to use in your daily medical billing. They have shown - time and time- again, that they are not equipped nor knowledgable in medical billing. I would definetly use another billing company. Under staffed, under paid and un-educated sums it all up. They give big promises with out the means or the plan to execute on the promises. You will be set up with big promises and then let down when you get yor billing reports back. Just proceed when dealing with them.
