Digital Realm Inc

I will have to say this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I am an IP professional and had just taken over the IT work for my company so one thing I needed to do was contact all the companies we deal with find out what service they provide to us and record it all. So when I saw a bill from digital realm for $155 a month I was SHOCKED I could not believe what this company was charging us now on top of that I don’t even know what they hell they provide us LOL this company is a joke.

So I call the company to find out what I was getting for $155.00 a month and my answer is we will have to call you back because my sales staff is not in till 9:00am LOL ok fine so I wait till 10:30 no call so I call back and now I have to wait 24 hours for someone to tell me what service they provide HAHAAHAHAHA WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD needless to say we are moving whatever they do for us.
