Convenience Auto Service

I have taken my cars into Convenience Auto on several occasions. My car is always returned to me on time and as scheduled; the bills are never exceed the estimates; and it only takes one trip to Convenience Auto to fix whatever the problem is. As a woman, I have always been treated with respect and the staff answers every question I have. Whenever someone asks me to suggest an auto service business, I highly recommend Convenience Auto.

I have been getting my cars serviced by Lou Lippert for the past 20 years. I first met him when he was service manager at the local Subarau Dealership. When he opened his own shop, I followed him. He is honest and is able to fix even the toughest problems. The prices always seem fair to me. There are other good shops around Ann Arbor, but the team at Convenience Auto Service are the best.

Finally an honest and efficient auto service center!!! These guys can fix anything and give you great value at the same time. I drive from Plymouth to get the folks at Convenience to service my cars and would never think of going anywhere else. You will become a loyal customer after your first visit, just like I did.

I just took my car there for the first time, and I think that these guys are terrific. Convenience Auto was recommended by a female colleague in my office and I decided to give them a try. Everyone was very friendly, and I was very impressed that they took time with me to explain what exactly was wrong with my car, and what the various options were. I thought the final price was very fair. I now recommend them to all my friends. I also think they are well qualified. One of the owners of the shop is an engineer, and the other has more ASE certifications than I've ever seen. They do high quality work.
