Concentra Urgent Care

AVOID AVOID AVOID...we made the mistake of stepping foot into this place and will NEVER go back, do not trust the people here. PLEASE don't waste your time or more importantly, risk your health. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!



This place is just horrible! St Joe's Urgent Care has always done a good job of taking care of my family but my wife was told to go to Concentra Ann Arbor specifically one Friday afternoon for a potential dangerous situation with her heart/lungs. It was getting close to 6pm on a Friday (actually, it was only 5:30pm, but apparently that was too close to 6pm for them...health concerns be damned, right Concentra Ann Arbor??) and they would not give x-rays to my wife as asked for by her primary doctor. Their only answer was to go back to her primary doctor. No reason given at all despite multiple attempts at getting an explanation, so just passing the buck along apparently!



I hope receptionist Jackie and the rest of the so called medical staff got to the bar in time for happy hour since it was obvious they were in a rush to close up shop at 6pm on the dot. Good job Concentra Ann Arbor, way to fail at helping people with their health...which you may or may not realize, is THE reason you are in business. If you're interested in just taking checks and doing nothing for the money, you should just rebrand your business as an AIG branch since you clearly aren't interested in being an actual health provider.



Heading over now to one of St Joseph's multiple urgent cares in the area where I expect they will do their job correctly, as always, and as directed by primary physicians. Concentra Ann Arbor needs a major overhaul if they are to continue to try and claim they are an actual health care facility!
