We are a total fitness center that is focused on "PERSONALIZED FITNESS". Our philosophy and all of our services are geared towards creating, implementing and maintaining a complete fitness program that is personalized for you to see RESULTS!! At most 'GYMS' you pay a fee for a membership and for the most part you are on your own to figure out how to use the equipment, what to do while you're there and no one really cares if you show up or not. Some of these gyms may even offer what they call personal training but really what you end up getting is a workout buddy or a spotter. The atmosphere is usually very impersonal and before long your motivation is gone and you stop going. In contrast the goal at BYBF is to provide you with instruction, direction and motivation while always keeping you on the track to success. By working with a real personal trainer you will have to be accountable, which will help you see faster results! We not only care if you show up, but we also will hold you to a certain level of expectations to get better, stronger, faster and healthier no matter where you're starting from.
