Ann Arbor Cab

Horrible service -- the driver never showed up, and I was left to figure out how I would get to the airport. Had to call another taxi company. When I called the driver, he claimed he never talked to me and that there was no reservation. Please, keep away form this business. Also, check the reviews at Yelp -- they are almost uniformly negative and echo my experience very closely.

I tend to ride to ride with this company on a very regular basis to the airport. I have always recieved excellent service from this company. Any charges of racism to me are highly suspect since I know for a fact that the owner has an ex wife who is black as well as muslim. Also he has sibling who are half african american. So I would be inclined to beliueve these are competitors of Ann Arbor Cab slandering the company in the nastiest way possible. How shamefull.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

THE OWNER PICKED ME UP AND IMMEDIATELY DEMANDED PAYMENT--STATING HE'S HAD "TROUBLE BEFORE"...MADE A STATEMENT ABOUT AN ARAB WOMAN BEING COVERED IN HER "GARB"...STARTED PLAYING WHACK HIP-HOP (I GUESS TO SHOW THAT HE WAS DOWN WITH BLACK PEOPLE)...ABOUT 3 MINUTES INTO THE RIDE I HAD HAD ENOUGH...

I would not recommend this service to any one! These people are rude dirty and unfriendly! Do yourself a favor and find another ride!

FIRST OF ALL THE CAR SMELLED SHIiiiiiTmmm AND I HAD TO OPEN THE WINDOWS BECAUSE IT WAS SO NAST. THE DRIVER, THE FAT ASSss DRIVING LIKE A MANIAC, ANN ARBOR CAB IS RASCIST,,,. HE SWORE THE WHOLE TIME AND SAID VERY OFFENSIVE THINGS ABOUT AFRICAN AMERICANS. OVERALL JUST A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE RIDE. USE ONE OF THE REAL CAB COMANIES, ALL OTHER COMPANIES WORK IN ANN ARBOR ARE VERY NICE.
