Generation Next

I would not recommend this daycare facility. The director is very young and has no experience (just graduated from college) and only got the job because she is the daughter of the owner of all three Generation Next facilities. She does not have children and knows nothing about how it feels to be a parent. I have seen some horrible treatment from teachers to the children in their care. All from yelling at them, pushing them, and what I would call being verbally abusive. After expressing strong concerns to management, nothing changed. Cameras are in all of the rooms so the behavior is easily observed, but unfortunately management does not take the time to watch the behaviors and address them personally. Some of the infant teachers do not follow licensing rules. Some babies didn't get their bottle until 2 hours after they were supposed to eat and some would only be offered 1 bottle all day if they didn't finish it the first time. Babies are also allowed to cry on the floor without anyone comforting them even after the teacher knows the child is not feeling well. Teachers act like they are too busy to notice and only seem to do the bare minimum instead of really caring for the children. And from my experience, they are annoyed by parents suggestions and concerns. I have only seen a few teachers who really care about the children they work with, but not enough for me to leave my child there all day.
