This office sold to Midwest Eye Consultants and went down hill fast. Dr. Gray Baals is the greatest eye Dr. I've ever been to. However the office has changed. I got new glasses and they didn't even fit them to my head they just gave them to me and asked me how they felt? I told them I could not see out of them and they said try them for a few days. I did and had nothing but trouble. I took them back and they gave me excuses, but ordered some new ones. The second pair had the very same problems. The girl told me I had cataracts and maybe that was the problem. Is it her job to tell me that? She said these lenses are the most expensive lenses, so the only thing they could do is make a third pair like my old ones, which were much less expensive. When the third pair came in they still didn't fit them or anything, she just gave them to me. I asked for a partial refund since these were less expensive and she said no. They lost two customers. My wife and I won't be back.

Update: I changed my ratings because as soon as Dr. Baals heard of my problems, he personally wrote me a letter and apologized. He also said he took care of the staff problems and said I'd get a full refund for my glasses, which I did. As I said before Dr. Baals is the greatest eye Dr. I've ever seen and he just proved to me once again that his integrity is more important than anything else. I'm willing to give them another chance since they made it right with me. Thank you Dr. Baals!

I got my new glasses in april and am getting my 2nd set of lenses since the orgional! They scratch while using their spray and cloth!! Last time in they tried to get me to do without the coating that I paid $100.00 for, so I asked to have my money back and they refused!!! Told them I wanted what I paid for! I'm waiting for the next lenses and these are scratching more and more every time I clean them to the point I can't see so now I'm wearing my old ones that have one ear piece and one pencil taped to the other side just to be able to see! I've referred friends cuz the dr was great but did I refer them to get junk????
