        Overall

        One of Farm Bureau's insured hit my car one week ago and here I am still struggling to get my claim taken care of. I'm having the hardest time with the person who is handling my claim. It is impossible to get him on the phone and getting information via email is like pulling teeth. After my collision, I was supposed to wait until their appraiser came to inspect my vehicle. The appraiser came after six days. I have to wait for an estimate from them before I can send my car for repair.

        I have a mustang gt and a ford pick up I'm 21 and my bill is the lowest I found in the area great claims service an extremely helpful
