Evergreen Trails Campgrounds

Inhospitable--- We did our best to accomadate what was promised to you by a past manager who had no authority to do so. There was NO CONTRACT. You received 3 nights in our largest cabin and were charged for one, You were not charged for any guests cars, You were not charged for use of the pavilion. Am I to assume that you did't want to be charged for anyhting. You wanted tables and chairs from as many other sites as needed ( we had a sold out campground way in advance of your weekend and coud not possibly do that), you wanted us to supply food at a cost to you (We are not a catering hall)RUDE--- You were asked many times to not block roads,Not to speed--5mph limit-- and not to park in bathroom parking only area. You were given 3 large parking areas for you and your guests.We were unaware of a tent that was being put up but allowed it anyway and asked the crew to watch for electrical lines for everyone's safety. You were well aware of the situation way in advance and as per the groom on the telephone he stated ( You are worried more about this than I am).You misled us that everything was worked out and fine. We tried to make small talk from our first meeting (With the groom)(We never even met or spoke to the Bride) but you wanted nothing of it.WE guess everything wasn't fine but not due to us not trying to accomadate you.
