Kfc

Went through the drive thru.I was clear when speaking with good volume.I ordered some crispy chicken strips, mac n cheese, potato wedges. I was told the order was almost 15 dollars. My mouth dropped opened. As I drove around to pay I thought well she must have gotten my order wrong, I thought no big deal I'll fix it when I get to the window. I asked her what I ordered she spoke with a normal voice then her volume went way high like she was yelling at me. So she changed my order and looked over her shoulder and told the cook its a strip meal instead. The cook with tongs in her hand smashed the box in front of her in anger. Im so sorry for making your job so difficult. I will never eat at KFC again in my life time. Hey I know that company's are trying to reduce cost in food and make things cheaper the mac n cheese has no flavor. It did three years ago but wow im surprised you call this food.

This is the best Kfc that I have been to. The food is always fresh and fast. I go to this location at least once a week and I am always happy with the friendly and helpful staff. This store is very clean and inviting. I'm glad this store is so good because I would have to drive out of my way to get my KFC!

Worst KFC. We visit this store once or twice every 3 months and each visit I swear I will not return. Then my KFC craving and my optimistic thoughts that surely this time they will get it right and off to Andover we go because we live on the east side of Wichita and it just makes sense. So much for optimism. On this particular visit the store had no breasts because someone had previously ordered the last 10 breasts and they were out. Really? You can't throw some more in the fryer. Previous times I experienced inadequate service, out of extra crispy, out of breasts (again,get a clue), and they were also out of one of the sides (can't remember which one) You would think by now they would have figured out food to customer ratio. Sad that a chicken place that sales chicken has no chicken to sale.

Twice now I have been shorted on my order. The first time they didn't give me potatoes. Now this time I paid for a 12 piece meal and only got 9 pieces of chicken. IGuess I have to start opening up and counting the chicken. Very sad.
