Established in 2000, Central Presbyterian Church of Anderson is located in Anderson, S.C. Individually and collectively, its members have worked to provide services to the needy in Anderson, by volunteering to crisis ministries, Anderson interfaith ministries, meals on wheels, salvation army, Soup Kitchen, and the Literacy Association. The church s members have also offered volunteer services to Haven of Rest Ministries, Good Neighbor Cupboard, Habitat for Humanity, Christmas in April, Women s Shelter, Hospice, Blood Donor Program, nursing homes, Perry Correctional Institute, and the Anderson Area Medical Center. The church has a choir, Presbyterian womens circles, day care and day school centers, Presbyterian youth connection programs, and various educational programs for youth and adults.
